3. Definitions of renal disease and renal failure.
4. Diagnosis of renal failure.
5. Organisation of patient follow-up.
6. Situations in which renal failure or renal disease should be looked for.

They do not deal with:

1. The management of CRF ans its complications.
2. Progression of CRF.
