Reason for request
Inclusion on the list of medicines reimbursed by National Insurance and approved for use by hospitals in two indications: Adult patients with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (Ph+ ALL) integrated with chemotherapy; and Adult patients with relapsed or refractory Ph+ ALL as monotherapy.
