Reason for request
The Committee has been asked by the Ministry for Health and Solidarity to consider: the opportunity for National Health Insurance to reimburse malaria chemoprophylaxis for insured individuals not living in malaria-endemic areas of Guiana who travel once or infrequently to malaria-endemic areas and spend less than three months there and the opportunity to extend the reimbursement of malaria chemoprophylaxis to include insured individuals who are residents of Mayotte.
