Suivi des patients Covid-19 en ambulatoire – Place de l’oxymètre de pouls
Même lorsque les symptômes sont légers au début, la Covid-19 peut entrainer une détérioration rapide de l’état de santé dans les 6 à 12 jours après son apparition. Afin de la prévenir et d’éviter des hospitalisations en urgence, la HAS publie des Réponses rapides décrivant les premiers signes évocateurs d’une forme grave sur le plan respiratoire à surveiller ainsi que le suivi à apporter aux patients, même asymptomatiques.

Afin de limiter la durée d’attentes aux urgences, de fluidifier le parcours et de rendre plus efficiente la prise en charge, les urgentistes recommandent la mise en place d’un dossier de liaison d’urgence domicile (DLU-Dom ) les informations qui sont nécessaires : identité et lieu de vie, le motif du recours aux soins, antécédents significatifs, traitements et intervenants habituels.

Clinical usefulness of vitamin B1 testing - INAHTA Brief
The National Health Insurance asked the HAS to determine whether reimbursement of vitamin B1 testing, currently only applying to public hospitals, should be extended to other care structures or not. This assessment is therefore carried out in the context of controlling medical expenditure.
Two main subjects were selected for assessing the clinical usefulness of vitamin B1 testing:
- Subject 1: Is there a consensual reference interval for defining vitamin B1 deficiency? Is having a vitamin B1 result lower than the reference interval an indicator of an increase in the risk of deficiency-related complications?
- Subject 2: Where a reference interval exists, does vitamin B1 supplementation guided by the test result improve the benefit/risk ratio compared to supplementation initiated without this data?

Unfavourable opinion for reimbursement in the two indications in combination with chemotherapy in:
- the neoadjuvant treatment of adult patients with HER2-positive, locally advanced, inflammatory, or early stage breast cancer at high risk of recurrence
- the adjuvant treatment of adult patients with HER2-positive early breast cancer at high risk of recurrence.

Key points
Favourable opinion for reimbursement to reduce alcohol consumption, following the failure of other available medicinal treatments, in adult patients with alcohol dependence and high-risk alcohol consumption (> 60 g/day for men and > 40 g/day for women).
The Committee makes maintenance of this opinion conditional on the reevaluation of BACLOFEN ZENTIVA (baclofen), within a maximum period of 3 years, based on the collection of efficacy and safety data for baclofen, firstly, and, secondly, on data concerning its conditions of use in its indication (see “Committee’s recommendations” section). |

Favourable opinion for maintenance of reimbursement only in the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) in adults whose tumours express PD-L1 with a ≥ 1% TPS and who have received at least one prior chemotherapy regimen. Patients with EGFR-positive (EGFR+) tumour mutations should also have received targeted therapy before receiving KEYTRUDA (pembrolizumab).
Unfavourable opinion for reimbursement in patients with ALK-positive (ALK+) tumour mutations, who should also have received targeted therapy before receiving KEYTRUDA (pembrolizumab). |
